Calvary Chapel looks to the Book of Acts as the original model for the church. We seek to remain a dynamic Christian church open to the unique leading of the Holy Spirit in the lives of believers of Jesus Christ and that each disciple may be empowered by the Holy Spirit for the glory of God. CCCVG is a non-denominational Christian church. Bible teachings are; book-by-book, chapter-by-chapter, verse-by-verse, taught to declare the whole counsel of God. We presume every verse impacts every other verse with the overall purpose of scripture to reveal Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. We are located in Kenton County, Northern Kentucky.
- This Calvary Chapel Church has been formed as a fellowship of believers in the Lordship of Jesus Christ. John 14:6 & Colossians 1:16-18
- Our supreme desire is to know Christ and to be conformed into His image by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 8:29 & II Peter 3:18
- We are non-denominational, however are we not opposed to denominations as such. We believe a mixed approach in the creative hands of God is His approach to bring the gospel of God to the world. We avoid overemphasis of doctrinal differences that lead to divisions in the Body of Christ. At the same time we believe that what we have is distinctive and that the Holy Bible is the source of this distinctiveness. I Corinthians 12:12-14; Ephesians 1:21-23; James 1:22-25
- We believe that the only true basis of Christian fellowship is His (Agape) love, which is greater than any differences we possess and without which we have no right to claim ourselves Christians. Romans 12:9-10; Colossians 3:12-15; 1 John 3:1
